A Study On The Core Competence Of IT Enterprise And Its Trend Of Development

And the same time, IT industry closely related with the information technology have developed fast, and become one of the most important industry in world economy. Since the information technology renews quickly, the competition of IT enterprise is very intense. Therefore, IT enterprise must establish their own core competence. Moreover, this core competence should develop with the change of environment.Based on this, this thesis focuses on the core competence of IT enterprise mainly and its develop tendency. Firstly combined the self characteristic of IT industry and the theory of core competence, it puts forward to the factor of the core competence of IT enterprise, and then analyses it in theory and practice. Finally according to the developing course of Chinese IT enterprise, it analyses the developing course of core competence of IT enterprise.The last section predicts IT enterprise will be faced with environmental change under the globalization. And analyses trend of development of the core competence of IT enterprise in technology and management.
