With the development of information and science & technology, the pace of globalization is accelerating, which has more and more great influences on international trade. Trade conflicts will affect the development of bilateral trade and regional economy, which may result in worldwide economic crisis. With the opening of goods and service market as well as the upgrading of industrial structure, Sino-US trade conflicts will take on the features of continuance, frequency and complication.
