In the age of knowledge and economy,the designation of the knowledge worker salary system is not only the foremost content of human resources management,but also an essential component for the establishment of the modern enterprise system.The reform of salary,which is the basis of the reform of three systems,has a direct influence on enterprise's daily production and management activities,and then it will have a further effect on the development of the enterprise and the realization of the strategic goals.How to desigh and build a set of salary system that is scientific,coincident with the enterprise'scharacteristics and helpful for the realization of strategic goals of the enterprise,is an extremely important topic.Under the guidance of the Marxism economics ,western economics and relevant human resource management theories ,the thesis redesign the salary system of Dongtin food company after analyzing the current salary system and both internal and external factors that influence it .This thesis is composed of four parts.The first part states the basic theories about salary system and knowledge worker;The second part states the history of Dongtin Food Company's current salary system.Based on the preceeding reaserch ,the third part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this system,and finally choose the knowledge worker salary system to be the rational choice.The fourth part design the salary system mode of knowledge worker in Dongtin Food Company.The thesis makes an effort Expectation on the mode of salary system,and compare with the traditional mode ,the new system will break the preservative and intensive hierarchy,and redece the disparitied in position so that the enterprises can improve their efficiency and create their own learned culture,it can also help the enterprises keep their own flexibility and the ability to adjust to the environment.
