In recent years, Xian hotel have mushroomed numerous started up, but the universal because management level is low, most of the hotel often only reception of domestic regular visitors, cannot satisfy requirements of international metropolis. Hotel faces market competition pressure is more and more bigly, enhance the hotel competitiveness has become the primary task facing their common. And human resources management and enhance competitiveness of the important component of the hotel, compensation management as the core content of human resource management and hotel operation and in human resources management is the focus of attention, pay more modern hotel management in enterprise human resources is and is closely related to the development strategy. Effective compensation system can motivate their enthusiasm and initiative and make workers more competitive. Therefore established a set can accord with the specific situation, and hotel can meet the compensation system of enterprise development, to any enterprise all has very important significance.This paper applied human resources management theory, especially the salary management theory, use of case analysis and practical survey of research methods, the salary system of civil aviation building northwest were analyzed and studied. This paper firstly introduces the compensation system for management and is crucial to the incentive theory, and the connotation, function, salary, development trend of theory of the changes of comprehensive description. Secondly, in northwestern civil aviation building of existing salary system are analyzed in detail.
