In recent years, Performance Appraisal as an important part of Human Resources Management has been used in organization management by many businesses more and more. But with another phenomenon are operators of great majority businesses are baffled by kind of problems in performance appraisal, especially how to improve the method of performance appraisal so that it can support and achieve the strategic goal of Inc., and suit with the developing stage of the company. The relation researches for internal businesses have mushroomed day by day. However, it is difficult to seek for MNC, especially for the foreign capital institution in rapid expanding and local-landed management.Starting on analysis and diagnosis for the performance appraisal status of A company, to try to find out the improvement thinking through comparing several performance appraisal methods. The goal is not only for bettering the performance management so that to explode the restriction for achieve the business strategic objective, but also for supplying the thinking and countermeasures for the companies stand in this situation.The thesis is within bounds of the theory and practice discussing of improvement of performance appraisal methods in A company Ltd. Combining theory with practice as the major studying method. Firstly, introducing the commonly theories of performance appraisal. Secondly, according to full-scale analysis through the participated process of human resources consulted project for A company, find out the deep-seated problems in the present performance appraisal methods. Comparing and contrast various of performance management methods, bring forward choosing and advancing systems which can meet the actual requires of A company, put KPI as base, BSC as guideline, MBO as fulfilled mode, Synthetical Performance Appraisal Method. Between the comparing of new one and old performance appraisal methods, it shows the former can solved the problems which be brought by later. Introducing the analysis manner of improvement effect for appraisal methods through analysis and diagnosis model, the appraisal index system, data source and basic method of research. Lastly, expatiating how to apply new method in a company from implementary plan, key links, to several relationships that should be dealt with well and suggestions of implementary steps.
