Study On The Comprehensive System Of Operation And Accounting Of Shaanxi Branch Of China Unicom Corporation

Through a brief analysis of the present state of Shaanxi Unicom Corporation's operation and accounting in all businesses (mobile, data-long-distance, etc), this paper aims to rebuild and unify (integrate) the current operation and accounting process in order to redesign the whole system on base of the background of the thesis statement and home-and-abroad studies according to the theory of Business Process Rearrangement (BPR) and Management Information System (MIS). With the effective settlements of the problems of the network overlapping construction in the whole business operation and accounting system, ununified process of business, the complexity of the operation and management of the system, the low efficiency in business conducting and so on, Shaanxi Unicom Corporation achieves the goal of cost-efficiency in dealing with the subscribers'transactions.The applying of the Comprehensive System of Operation and Accounting not only meet the urgent requirement of the development in all businesses, but also solve the problem in current operation and accounting system, moreover, have the great significance for the Corporation adapting to the increasingly fierce Market competition.This paper focuses on two aspects: the design of the comprehensive process of the operation and accounting; the application of the system. In the former aspect, the paper mainly discusses the requirements of each business process to ensure the requirements of future development; in the latter aspect, the focus is on the general principles of system design and general formula of the comprehensive system of operation and accounting, which is in keeping with the latest technology and theories.In the end, the writer gives brief estimation on the prospect of the application of the comprehensive system of the operation and accounting through three ways: its advantages, its characteristics, and its profits.
