With the popularization of enterprise informatization,automated control of enterprise resources and business processes is becoming more and more important.TS16949 quality management system in automobile parts manufacturing industry manufacturing standard,has been attracted widespread attention and application.The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of general system architecture according to the TS16949 quality management system,to meet the development requirements of the control system of the auto parts manufacturing industry,to effectively shorten the development cycle of the control system and ensure the applicability and security of the system.TS16949 quality management system on the automotive industry's stringent manufacturing technical requirements emphasizes the use of rigorous process management method for enterprise business process.For the manufacturing process of automobile parts and components,the TS16949 quality management system specifies the relevant produc t characteristics and industrial manufacturing process parameters in the automotive industry,and requires a certain approval process in the process of product design and post-production.Today mature enterprise management system is diverse,for the allocation of enterprise resources,business and production management functions have been increasingly improved.But the effect of all kinds of products in the practical application of the enterprise management is uneven.Facing the diversity needs of manufacturing companies,the common enterprise management system design is not enough to meet the general needs.This paper summarizes the actual needs of many auto parts manufacturing enterprises.Then the pater researches and designs the general system architecture for the auto parts manufacturing enterprises that follow the TS16949 quality management system.The main contents of this paper cover the following points:(1)From the three aspects of data management,process management and system management,this paper analyzes the requirements of the system and sums up the function of the system summary.Then the paper studies the related technologies,which paves the way for the design of the system architecture.(2)The hierarchical architecture is proposed,and the main control mechanism of the system is studied.This paper elaborates the research contents of workflow management and access control management based on modular management.After that,we design the system management of the various functinos and explain the design function hierarchically.(3)The implementation process of the common system architecture conforming to the TS16949 quality management system is given,including the description of the development environment,the detailed design of the database and the application of the common system architecture.(4)Summary of the article,put forward the imperfections of the system as the main content of the next step.Through the demonstration of the results,it shows that the general system can meet the requirements of TS16949 quality management system,control the manufacturing process of auto parts manufacturing enterprises and provide the corresponding approval process.The various control functions of the system can be flexibly configured to improve the application and expansibility of the system and achieve the purpose of designing a generic system.
