High-Tech Park Network Social Capital

High-tech Parks of china have acquired great achievements through the development in the past 20 years. But the further development of high-tech parks also faced with many problems such as too much depending upon overseas investment , lack of innovation, etc. Most research on high-tech parks' development or formation is from the industrial cluster, innovation culture, innovation network, radiation effect etc. This paper tries to explore the social capital's great effect in the the economy development of high-tech parks, this special economy region, which makes up the lack of research in this area to high-tech parks.Starting with the introduction of the theory and concept of social capital, this paper develops a new style to respectively analyze the influence of social capital of high-tech parks on the enterprise located in the park from enterprise, enterpriser and employee levels. It emphatically elaborates the influence of the social capital on the technology innovation. Then innovative network model is made based on the social capital.By analyzing the former measure theory, the application of fuzzy mathematics method was adopted together with the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the evaluation model of social capital in High-tech Parks was put forwarded. And this model is used to evaluate the social capital of the famous Cao Hejing High-tech Park located in Shanghai. Based on these, social capital reproduction was proposed.Finally, the conclusion and the problems required further investigation are discussed.
