Studying On Factors And Strategy Of Multinational Bank's IT System For Chinese Banks

The competition of banks in the world is drastic more and more; banks in China will go abroad to do business on foreign market. IT has already provided technical way to develop financial business, and the building of IT system is a part of work of banking construction.Banks in China pay few attentions on studying IT system in multinational environment; this thesis is aim at finding the factors that affect the building of IT system for Chinese banks. By using AHP method, the factors are ranked, banks in China should pay more attentions on studying law of other countries, deciding which financial products should be done abroad, considering the cost that can be afford. When banks build the multinational IT system, they should divide management system from application system, and lay the foundation of base data.In this thesis, the method naming"Strength of competition first"is present: all results the factors affecting the construction of IT system can be mapped to the improvement of the strength of competition, so the weight of each factor can be calculated simply and dynamically.
