This article talked about some serious problems that happened for developing domestic market of SPX company. The marketing management and service management is applied in this article. All problems was analyzed comprehensive and found the causes, then figure out some good strategies according to the analysis. Marketing compete is a common point every company focus on, no matter that develop country or developing country think the marketing compete strategy is the most important. No matter that domestic company or multinational company is looking for the effective strategy for the market. Forward of the company was made clear by studying marketing compete strategy. For better future, it is necessary to making a good compete strategy.The article consist of four segments, the first one is for the background, the purpose and meaning. As a famous world wide gas dehydration and filtration equipments manufacturers, the company have to faced more challenges. There are more than 200 domestic companies and some famous abroad company in China. The competition will be more and more. If the company want to keep the leader position in the field, the key problem is quality,price and service. Hence accordingly strategy should be used and perform it very well. As only as does so, the company will keep higher growth.The second segment is for domestic marketing analyzing and SPX profile. SPX company's history and situation is described. The SWOT analysis is applied in this segment. The strength\ weakness\ opportunities and threats is provided. This segment is important.The third segment is the center of the article, the sales strategy is made according to some success and defeat experiences of other multinational companies. Some strategy is fixed for the market. The main strategies included"Brand strategy\Price strategy\Non-price strategy\remake sales channel and so on."The forth segment is the result for the whole article. It should be say that marketing management and service management are based theory for the research, through researching the other air treatment equipment manufacture, search for all of reasons from these companies, discussing about some issues and found some questions: the price of the product is higher, the customer is not satisfied with the service performance. These problem need to be solved in the future.Perfect compete strategy is very important for the instruction of the market. It is also important meaning. We should not think the marketing strategy is simple marketing issue. Management level,management thought,technology also control the marketing compete strategy and marketing compete ability. This research is a valuable reference for the company development.
