In the power supply enterprise CRM, how to select a suitable control method to the power users to maximize the customer value, got a win-win situation of the interests between the supply side and its customer, is a problem must be resolved for the supply enterprises to take better control of the customer resources,. This paper mainly deals with big users, and is based on the customer value and credit analysis, combined with utility function and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the effectiveness of different incentive ways to the various users, and finally establish a three-dimensional coordinate system of credit degree and two incentives of preference degree as three coordinates, which puts forward the method of implementing the CRM control by power supply enterprises.
