In recent years, the economic development of China is very quick, the demand for energy is growing, especially the demand for electricity, social and economic development can’t be separated from the basic service support of the power industry, power data often becomes barometer table of a national economic development. As transformation and upgrading of China industrial structure, industry based secondary industry and service-oriented tertiary industry has made considerable progress, the agriculture-based primary industry is gradually falling behind the secondary industry and tertiary industry, the economic development demand for electricity is growing not only in quantity, but in quality also made an unprecedented new requirements.However, due to fossil energy is limited, clean energy consumptive proportion was lowed, resulting in a large number of issues including:power supply and demand imbalance, lack of electricity supply, power burst accident etc. This paper presented the concept of electricity customers orderly power utility to solve these problems, by electricity customers as the research object, this paper study depth benefit, evaluation and optimization model of orderly power utility.Firstly, the paper carried out an in-depth study for electricity customers ordered electricity, on the basis of research status at home and abroad orderly power utility Approaches, program preparation, effect evaluation, the basic theory system and management framework the program preparation process, main practical ways of orderly power utility are studied. The paper presented the basic concepts, main content, management processes and practical significance of orderly power utility; the paper put forward the basic management framework, program preparation principles and implementation processes of orderly power utility; the paper analyses practical approach of orderly power utility from there angles of technical, economic and administrative.Secondly, orderly power utility users were classified and grouped according to affiliation, peak load capacity, user industries and other classified; the paper designed index system ideas of orderly power utility, and build the index system of orderly power utility, while the introduction of triangular fuzzy evaluation model, the weight of evaluation index system is processed, verified the feasibility of the model by numerical example.Then, the paper research the preparation and management effectiveness of customers orderly power utility, presents organizational methods of customers orderly power utility program, including the basic of formation, program design ect; on the basis of the customers orderly power utility effect evaluation index were screened, the evaluation index system is constructed, and evaluation index calculation algorithm is proposed; at the same time, the paper introduced matter element extension model, integrated empowerment indicators, and established management effectiveness test model, verified the feasibility of the model by a numerical example.At the same time, the virtual power plant is introduced into the study of customers orderly power utility, according to electricity characteristics of customers, the paper proposed the concept that collaborative virtual power plants involved in generation scheduling optimization; the paper established virtual power plant scheduling optimization model and robust stochastic scheduling optimization model, the feasibility of the model was verified by a numerical example; the paper established customers to participate in virtual power plant dispatch efficiency evaluation model, and carry out numerical example analysis.Then, the paper studied the problem that the customers involved in orderly power utility to solve clean energy consumptive, analyzed electricity characteristics of electric car users, established orderly power utility wind power consumptive scheduling optimization mode of electric car users and carried out solving multi-objective scheduling model; the paper analyzed the electricity characteristics of the industrial users, established the industrial user group ordered consumptive photovoltaic generation scheduling optimization model and photovoltaic generation incremental benefit distribution model; on the basis of clean energy power generation simulation methods, the paper established customers orderly power utility benefit analysis model and customers orderly consumptive clean energy scheduling model, verified the effectiveness of the model by the analysis of numerical example.At the same time, the paper studied the price-based demand response theory and motivational demand response theory, analyzed future electricity sales to participate in demand response business model, established customers in response to the load calculation model and electricity retailers to participate in power generation scheduling optimization model, and analyzed by numerical example.Finally, this paper summarized related theories and models of orderly power utility, discussed the future orderly power utility research work, and presented some suggestion, and the resulting research provides theoretical support on the future implementation of the ordered electricity work.
