| Based on the Strategic management theory and method, the thesis has carried out analysis on the outside environment and Inside environment of Hebei electric power generation Ltd. Applied the PEST analysis law to Hebei electric power generation Ltd., the chance and risk, the superiority and inferiority have been analyzed. On the result of load forecasting, overall strategy has been made. Based on condition of 2005-2006 years, the thesis has designed strategic objective of 2007-2010 years, 2011-2020 three stages. According to overall strategy and the stage strategic objective, the thesis has analyzed influencing factors and allocation of resources.Strategy such as having worked out enterprise human resources, financial control and corporate culture strategy, have been brought forward. The guarantee measures such as innovating system and mechanism, bring resource into play integrating an effect , strengthening to be on the throne advantage, reinforcing enterprise cultural advancement have been made. |
