After the reform and opening up,the development of China's agriculture has been very bright.Today,China uses less than 7% of the world's arable land to support more than 20% of the population.The rapid development of China's agriculture is still facing great challenges,such as the extensive development of China's agriculture,low efficiency of agricultural resources utilization,high unexpected output and increasingly tight resource constraints.Under such a requirement,it is not feasible to use traditional agricultural TFP as an indicator to measure agricultural development.We need to pay more attention to consider the green TFP after environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics,growth sources and influencing factors of agricultural green total factor productivity,put forward relevant suggestions for improving agricultural green total factor productivity and developing low-carbon agriculture,and provide decision-making reference for relevant government departments.Firstly,this paper discusses the definition of agricultural green total factor productivity,summarizes and comments on the relevant theories and existing literature,and puts forward the improvement of this paper;secondly,it selects five kinds of carbon emission sources and takes full account of their carbon emission coefficient types and regional differences under the premise of China's agricultural carbon emission in1997-2016 and analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics;then it uses non Based on the radial non angle SBM model and GML productivity index,this paper analyzes the level of agricultural green total factor productivity in each province of China,and decomposes it into two aspects: technical progress and technical efficiency.It analyzes the change trend and development difference of agricultural green total factor productivity from the time and regional level.Finally,it uses the balance panel data toanalyze the economic development level,rural human capital and agricultural financial support Six variables are selected as explanatory variables: export,agricultural openness,agricultural industrial structure and agricultural disaster situation,and the cumulative agricultural green total factor productivity index is used as the explanatory variable to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural green total factor productivity from the three regions of China,the East,the middle and the West.The results show that:(1)agricultural carbon emission.During the sample period,China's total agricultural carbon emissions are increasing,and the intensity of carbon emissions is decreasing.Except for the rice planting carbon emissions,the carbon emissions of other carbon emission sources are increasing,and the proportion of each carbon emission source also fluctuates.The total amount of agricultural carbon emissions varies greatly among the provinces,and the intensity of carbon emissions is relatively high in the western provinces,followed by the central and eastern provinces.(2)Green total factor productivity in agriculture.The green total factor productivity of agriculture in China and its eastern,central and western regions is growing continuously.The source of growth is technological progress,and technological efficiency restricts the promotion of green total factor productivity of agriculture to a certain extent.The growth of green total factor productivity of agriculture is the largest in the East,then in the middle and the smallest in the West.(3)The influencing factors of agricultural green total factor productivity.The level of economic development has a significant positive impact on the whole country,the East and the central region;the level of rural human capital has a negative impact on the green total factor productivity of the whole country and the East,and a negative impact on the West;the agricultural financial expenditure has a significant positive impact on the green total factor productivity of the whole country and other three levels;the agricultural openness has a significant promotion in the whole country,the East and the West The growth of green total factor productivity of agriculture;in the whole country and the East,the increase of the proportion of planting and animal husbandry restricts the improvement of green total factor productivity of agriculture;the increase of the proportion of affected area hinders the growth of green total factor productivity of agriculture except the East.This paper puts forward four suggestions for the research conclusion:(1)promotethe transformation of agricultural development mode,pay attention to the improvement of agricultural technology efficiency,and realize the "double wheel" drive of agricultural technology progress.(2)Establish a reasonable financial subsidy system to guide green agricultural production.(3)We will increase investment in rural human capital and improve the quality of agricultural workers.(4)Improve the agricultural technology extension system from both supply and demand,and promote the spread of agricultural technology among farmers.(5)Expand domestic and foreign agricultural trade and mobilize the enthusiasm of agricultural producers.(6)Establish the mechanism of agricultural disaster risk prevention and control to reduce the negative impact of natural disasters on agricultural production.
