With the rapid development of the global economy,Internet companies have now become the most influential industries for national consumption.The relevant federal departments have gradually been planning the support for their industrial development in a more subdivision and specific way.For the long-term business development of enterprises,Chinese entrepreneurs have paid unprecedented attention to the strategic management and the future road of the enterprise.Although Company B is the world’s first innovative technology company that applies AI algorithms to the industry and achieves industrial technology upgrades,and has abundant resources and technical strength,it also faces insufficient technological innovation capabilities,peak traffic dividends,platform insufficient credibility and other issues.Development strategies are crucial to companies that want to maintain their competitive advantage in a complex market environment.This article uses company B as an example to use the basic theories and tools of strategic management to conduct a detailed analysis;combined with external macroenvironmental changes,user portrait,and the company’s status quo and problems;uses PEST,Porter’s five forces model,EFE and IFE models and other strategic management analysis method to identify the key factors of the company’s core competitiveness.And propose suggestions on the development strategy of B company through the results of SWOT analysis.However,in the process of digital development,every company needs to think about how to achieve efficient strategic decisions and how to have the ability to continuously seize opportunities and meet challenges.Although Company B occupies the advantage of the first-mover market,the development direction of the industry is ultimately the choice of users,whoever serve the users better,the users belong to them.Changes in market share and business growth have not only improved supply-side efficiency but also changed user needs.Company B needs to make full use of its advantages,based on the market competition situation,consolidate the platform risk management environment,build a green marketing platform,strengthen the construction of R&D technology innovation capabilities,accelerate the promotion of organizational management innovation and strategic management optimization,improve marketing efficiency,and build a full-scene marketing field Brand influence.
