The construction of the regional brand is a technical revolution of the regional economy and marketing tactics, play an irreplaceable role in promoting the regional industry's competitiveness. The regional brand is made up of several trades or industry brands, every trade or industry is made up of numerous enterprise's brands, only every side is complete, could make and produce the regional brand with value. At present, according to development practice of most areas in our country, the operators of most enterprises have not fully realized the positive meaning in small and medium-sized enterprises of construction of regional brand yet, they only see the competition relation among enterprises, have not realized that also there is dynamic cooperation among enterprises. So hope through the study on construction of regional brand, the theory and practice that draw lessons from and relate to absorb abroad more, combine the actual conditions of China, absorb these theories and experiences pointedly, rationally, impel domestic enterprises, especially the deepening of enterprise's brand construction of cluster. Hope that can play a role in guiding and drawing lessons from to the brand building-up work of the enterprises of our country.This text has investigated the intension, characteristic, interdynamic relation between brands and regional brand at first, the form of the regional brand mode of key analysis present, the growth mechanism of the reason formed and regional brand, have described the important function of the regional brandin regional economic development emphatically. Build subject problem that exist in the course to of our country regional brand, put forward, set up effective regional brand establish, maintain, develop, extend the system, solve several problems, such as making the strict industry standard, setting up the project centre, paying attention to the intellectual property right question, setting up the recognition system of regional brand image, strengthen the intermediary of manufacturing enterprise, local government, association of dealers, employer's organization and cultivation of the regional brand of the relevant organizations of other organizations, pay attention to educating and training, change the competition of small and medium-sized enterprises and cooperative idea .
