Theoretical Research On The Formation And Upgrade Of Competitive Ability Of Regional Economy

Market economy is a competitive economy, and competition is the core of the market economy. Along with the speedup of globalization of the world econmy, unbalanced development of regional economy and the objective existing of great differences of regional economy, it urges our country to recognize the study on the competitive ability of regional economy. To shorten the gaps of inter-rigional economy development, while our country adjusts the policies of regional economy development, it is necessary that each and every region especially draggle area more and more reconnized the cultivation of competitive ability. Lucubrate on the formation mechanism of competitive ability of regional economy, and then analize the raising theory are the sticking points to improve the development and upgrade the competitive ability of regional economy.This paper uses competitive theory, regional innovation theory, spacial dynamics, self-organizition theory, and theories of regional economics and compares economics to study the formation mechanism and upgrade theories of competitive ability of regional economy. This paper opens out systemicly the formation mechanism and circulating syetem, and then analyse the upgrade theory of regional economy, on this basis take JILIN province as the example for demonstration analysis. The competitive ability of regional economy is the result of interaction and reciprocity among many factors' competitive ability and the conformity under certain regional circumstances. The formation factors mostly involve dynamic core competence which takes science and technology innovation as kernel, reasonable industrial structure which takes advanced industry as drive, and the powerful pull of market which uses trade control as means. Thhe formation of competitive ability is a process and a circulating upgrading system. In this process, there are dynamical system, control system and circulating system.
