After China joined the WTO, Chinese automotive market was opened gradually. With the growth of the foreign automotive companies'business, Chinese auto suppliers have to meet the critical competition. The focus of the competition between Chinese and foreign auto suppliers is the top customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the key factor for Chinese auto suppliers to win the competition.The background of CRM's orientation and CRM's definition is introduced in this paper. According to CRM's sales strategy and the HL's successful CRM's experience in sales, marketing and service, the demand and opportunity of Chinese auto suppliers to apply CRM are put forward. Meanwhile, the functions of CRM to be applied in Chinese auto suppliers are introduced in the paper. At last, how Chinese auto suppliers to apply CRM is concluded. It will be instructive for Chinese auto suppliers to apply CRM.
