The research on partnership has been regarded as a core topic in supply chain management. For the non-cooperation in supply chain, this dissertation study the construction of win-win strategic partnership using game theory and information economics. The main content include four aspects as follow.1 This section study the cooperate pattern on simple one vender and one seller in the condition of vender monopoly. Set up a cooperation games model maximum the system profit using the interactive games defined by Charnes. Compare with two models, educe that the quantity discount is effective means achieved the cooperation.2 This section study the inventory cooperation in the stochastic inventory management, analyze the cooperation pattern of dispersing supply chain composed with a supplier and n sellers. Design several Nash equilibrium contracts based on linearity contracts, and simulation with data.3 This section study the inventory coordination between sellers in inventory corporation control, and compare with Newsboy question in the theory of inventory control. Because inventory modulation don't happened in Newsboy question. Analysis indicated that inventory modulation can maximum the profit of supply chain when a seller in supply exceeds demand but another seller in short of stock.4 This section study the mechanism of supply chain cooperation including negotiate mechanism, principle-agent mechanism and avoid risk mechanism. Negotiate mechanism analyze the bargain games. Then using the dynamic games theory and principle-agent theory, design the incentive mechanism for one manufacturer and two sellers in dispersing supply chain when the produce price is constant and demand is stochastic. In the end, analyze the risk in supply chain cooperation, and give some measures avoided risk in practice.
