Post-Evaluation Of "Golden Taxation Project" On Basis Of Tax Compliance Theory

With the constant development of the information technology, and the extensive application of the computer, each field utilizes information technology in their works actively, which promotes world development process too. The tax revenue informational construction of the revenue department starts in America, and in many countries the informational construction of the revenue departments obtains very big achievements now. 'though the tax revenue of our country levies and manage information construction starts relatively late, and the foundation is comparatively weak,in the past 20 years ,our country has made considerable progress in the levied. With the point of ratepaying enterprise ,this paper will give a post-evaluation research of taxation revenue informatization of"Golden Taxation Project".This paper aims on the post-evaluation research of"Golden Taxation Project"in the process of our country's tax revenue information construction. In the view of self-service in the quality of the tax compliance, this paper uses the fuzzy mathematics evaluation model and statistic method to construct a quantitative and qualitative post-evaluation model. According to the analysis of Harbin's enterprises and evaluation of its market, we prove the feasibility of the fully new perspective post-evaluation method .the method is very efficient in public project evaluation. Furthermore, this work implements the system of the evaluation of"Golden Taxation Project"and initiates a new idea on building up an omnibearing, systematizing and modeling index system research. Obviously, this paper also summarizes the hardware and software problems in the operational process of"Golden Taxation Project"and gives some useful suggestions.
