Afterwards, we have analyzed the problem existing in the urbanization course further according to the urbanization process of Ningbo, such as the development level of the urbanization lagging according to the process of industrialization, the serious pollution, resources restriction and pay insufficient attention to the social disadvantaged groups etc. And then from system, whether system, internal and external side, we analyze the reason of existing problem.
