Research On The Path And Countermeasure Of New Urbanization In Xiaoshan

The city carries a large number of populations and industries.The city clusters gather huge economic energy and social resources.The internationalization of urban agglomeration and the participation of the global economic division system is becoming more and more obvious.The urban agglomeration has become a part of many countries participating in global competition.Under this background,China has made great efforts to promote the new urbanization process,foster the development of modern metropolitan areas,and form new advantages in regional competition.Today,the Bay Area economy is one of the manifestations of urban clusters.Therefore,Zhejiang launched the “Dawan District Construction Action Plan”,which will promote a new round of reform,opening up and innovation in Zhejiang.As the core city of Zhejiang Province and the core of Zhejiang Dawan District,Hangzhou undertakes the major mission of the construction of the core area of ??Zhejiang Dawan District.Therefore,Hangzhou proposes to “supportthe development of the river” as a major strategy for building Hangzhou into a world-class Bay Area city.In recent years,compared with Binjiang and Yuhang,the new urbanization development of Xiaoshan on the south bank of Qiantang River is relatively backward.The problems in technological innovation,industrial transformation and upgrading,urban space quality,public service supply,and spatial planning are becoming more and more obvious.This is inconsistent with the identity of Xiaoshan's economically strong region,which is not conducive to the development of Xiaoshan's new urbanization,and will also affect the construction of the core area of ??Dawan District.Therefore,this paper selectsXiaoshan as a sample to study the new urbanization path.On the basis of mastering the relevant theories of industrial economics,urban economics and urban management,this paper reads the research results of new urbanization at home and abroad,sorts out the general process of new urbanization,and summarizes the conceptual connotation and dynamic mechanism of new urbanization.And the influencing factors,the analysis found that industrial upgrading,production city integration,spatial agglomeration are three important aspects to promote new urbanization,and the three have mutually reinforcing relationships.Study the experience of urbanization in the United States and the urbanization development of Pudong New Area,and summarize the difficult problems and experience in the development of typical cities at home and abroad.Combining theory with factual basis,combing and analyzing the relationship between new urbanization and industrial upgrading,production city integration,spatial agglomeration,and the interaction between industrial upgrading,production city integration and spatial agglomeration in the process of new urbanization,this paper builds a A new urbanization analysis framework of industrial upgrading,production city integration,and spatial agglomeration.This paper uses this analysis framework to conduct an empirical study on the process,effects,problems and causes of Xiaoshan's new urbanization.It is found that Xiaoshan has a slow new urbanization process,insufficient industrial upgrading kinetic energy,a slight lag in production city integration,and no spatial agglomeration effect.The strong problem has raised some thoughts and suggestions from four aspects: improving the development mode of the industry,closely coordinating the development of the production city,optimizing the urban space layout and improving the security system.
