Analysis And Control On Synergic Scheduling In Supply Chain

With the development of world-wide economy, supply chain management has attracted more and more people. Many enterprises have created their own supply chain to cope with the intense competition. Supply chain has many merits, such as quick response, low cost. But at the same time, people find that there are many risks. Now the risk that exists in the synergic producing process under the supply chain environment influences the efficiency and benefit even the existence of enterprises. So it's very valuable to study it. This work can help enterprises to deal with this kind of risk.First this paper introduced three theories: supply chain theory, synergic producing theory, scheduling theory. Secondly this paper analyzed the risk that exists in the synergic producing process under the supply chain environment. This kind of risk has its particularity. The risk was classified as natural risk and social risk according to the source. Social risk was classified as ordering modification risk, scheduling modification risk, technological innovation. Thirdly, this paper gave four strategies: risk transfer, risk taking, risk elimination, risk reduction. Finally, the paper gave a risk controlling model to control the risk of this kind. Many technologies such as knowledge management, informational technology, postponement were used in this risk controlling model. In order to ensure the successful implement this paper created a model to encourage all partners to cooperate.
