Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster

The dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster is one of the key questions of industrial cluster development. The perfect dynamic mechanism is an assurance that guarantees the sustainable and health development of the industrial cluster. This paper will mainly discuss the dynamic mechanism in the forming period of the industrial cluster, so that people use industrial cluster as a way of industrial organization to promote the development of industry more consciously.This paper classifies the forming dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster into three types on the basis of the former study, first, the exogenous dynamic mechanism which government constructs from top to bottom, second, the endogenous dynamic mechanism that market forms spontaneously from bottom to top, and third, the forming dynamic mechanism that combines the exogenous dynamic mechanism together with the endogenous dynamic mechanism.On the basis of the above analysis, this paper further analyzes empirically the forming dynamic mechanism of Jiangning district of Nanjing city. we find that the dynamic mechanism that promotes the forming of the two main industrial clusters in Jiangning district is the third one, named the combination of the exogenous dynamic mechanism and the endogenous dynamic mechanism. These factors of dynamics interact, none of which can be dispensable. Furthermore, the empirical analysis finds that enterprise strategy and the specialized workforce resource are the most central dynamics among the forming dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster.
