Industrial clusters in dynamic environment face great risks and threats because of rapid expansion of the globalization of the economy. Furthermore the global financial crisis exacerbates this dynamic environment. Now, the recovery of international economy is still a lack of heat, and the industrial clusters in China are struggling to survive due to the invasion of environmental turbulence. Building dynamic capabilities is a key factor for enterprises in cluster to effectively respond to environmental turbulence. Therefore, in the current background, how to build the dynamic ability to adapt to the dynamic competitive environment has become the focus of attention by the academic research and the practice. The research on environment turbulence and the relationship between dynamic capability and industrial cluster competitive power has a strong theoretical and practical value. This study made reference to extensive literature, checked conclusions, contributions and limitations of various theoretical schools, and aggregated and integrated these materials finding that examining the relationship between dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster competitive power in dynamic environment has important research value. Thus, this thesis studied the effect of dynamic capabilities on industrial cluster competitive power based on environmental dynamics adjustment.Firstly, this study constructed the measurement system of dynamic capabilities, covering environment-insighted capabilities, learning capabilities, integration capabilities and creating capabilities. Although many scholars believe that the dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster competitive power is positive related to a certain extent, there are still a lack of systematic study on the relationship between them. This thesis is to build a systemic model to check the relationship between the two variables and detailed study the effects of various aspects of dynamic capabilities on industrial cluster competitive power.Secondly, the relationship between dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster competitive power are identified in previous studies, but the effect of dynamic capabilities on industrial cluster competitive power may exist contrary or varying degrees of impact in different environment. There are few existing literatures examining the potential manipulated variable of relationship between dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster competitive power, so this thesis introduced the environmental dynamics as the regulation variable of the relationship and further examine the effect mechanism of dynamic capabilities on industrial cluster competitive power, filling the blank of theoretical study. Finally, based on data analysis and discussion, we make out the following conclusions: The dynamic capabilities and its dimension capabilities both have significant effects on industrial cluster conspicuous competitive power and invisible competitive power. Environmental dynamics has regulation effect on the relationship of dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster invisible competitive power.According to the empirical results, here are two business practice recommendations:(1) Companies in cluster should improve industrial cluster competitive power by building dynamic capabilities according to these four dimensions.(2) Cluster-enterprises also need to pay attention to the match of their dynamic capacity and environmental dynamics when building dynamic capabilities. In the end, this thesis also put forward the innovations and shortcomings of this research. The innovations include building the complete measuring system of dynamic ability, studying systematically effects on the relationship of dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster invisible competitive power and the introduction of the environmental dynamism. Insufficient points include the incomplete dimension division of the variable, the lack of longitudinal data comparison and the limits of subjects of questionnaire.
