The enterprise culture develops as the times advances. By collecting and reading a lot of books, documents and field survey, the article describes the corporate culture of Ma steel in the past and at present, and by doing in-depth survey and analyzing documents concerned, the author reveals the shortcoming in the Ma Steel culture, suggests an effective way of building its enterprise culture, and focuses his study on how to make Ma steel company a learning organization and the implementation of the project after the reform of the enterprise culture.Through studying and research, Ma Steel shows its maturity as large enterprises through the stringent rules and regulations and its good ability in building corporate culture. We learned from the experience of Ma Steel in regard of enterprise culturewhen doing the research. At the same time, we also noticed some concerns shared by state-owned enterprises, and hope they will give some effective inspiration for relative research.
