The Comment On The Remolding Of Enterprise Culture Of China Telecom Stock Limited Company

With economic developing in high speed, the international telecommunications compete is becoming more and more intense.After entering the WTO, China is going to open its telecommunications marks, and Chinese telecommunications trade will face to grim circumstances, that is, foreign enterprises are getting stronger by their powerful technology and management, but Chinese enterprises are in poor situations in international market because of their under-developed management so that those firms lack of compete capability.The cultural management on which is representative by the theory of enterprise civilization is a great break of modern management theory. Los of enterprises have proved with their success that construct excellent enterprise civilization is absolutely necessary. First, this article explains the development of China telecom and Human telecommunication.Then, it analyzes the current enterprise culture of Human telecom and raises the cause of reshaping it which is mainly from the staffs' loss, establishing-oriented organization,the construction of enterprise service culture.This paper discusses the characteristic of Human telecom's enterprise culture.It analyzes the current enterprise culture.
