With our country's reforming and opening and it's entering to WTO, the enterprise development in our country comes into a new period contacting with the whole world. Although the enterprises have had great achievements in recent several years, some problems still exist, such as simplification of development pattern, distemperedness of enterprise systems and rules. Furthermore, the enterprise culture develops slowly. Most of the enterprises apply foreign country's enterprise culture pattern, and they haven't formed their own vivid and characteristic enterprise culture which is fit for the enterprise devevelopment. The theory of learning organization has got the attention of the scholars and enterprises in the whole world since it's being into exist. Seeing the development of economic globalization, the competition between countries and enterprises has changed essentially and this change will make knowledge become the only prolonged continuable resource which can make the enterprise survive in the future competition. Being a "learning organization" has become one of the most important tendency in the future enterprise management change. Construcing learning enterprise culture in our country's enterprise can not only essentially change the problems in constructing enterprise culture, it can also help enterprises construct characteristic culture according with their own specialty and the situation of our country by combining our country's excellent culture characteristic.In the first part, this paper introduces the background knowledge, purpose, significance, literature summarize, the basic structure, the contents and the main methods of the study. In the second part, it reviews the theory on enterprise culture and learning organization. In the third part, it analyzes the connotation, characteristics and functions of learning enterprise culture. In the fourth part, it analyzes the present situation of enterprise culture and the problems consisted in it, as well as the reasons of these problems.In the fifth part, it makes a demonstrative analysis to the enterprise culture constructing of Shenzhen Airlines. It expounds the achivements and deficiency of the company's enterprise culture constructing and comes up with some feasible suggestions to guide the company's enterprise culture constructing. In the sixth part, it comes up with the assuming of learning enterprise culture constructing from four aspects: spirit culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture to make learning enterprise culture a system. At last, it summarizes the conclusion and deficiency of the study and puts forward the expectation of the future study.
