EAM is thought to be the ERP of asset-compression enterprises, It has important significance to do the research about EAM theory and its judgments.EAM means using the modern IT technology to rise the security and value, improve the management and competition of modern enterprises in the equipment life-cycle. For the asset-compression enterprises, EAM is a efficient method to rise the status and competition.As the basic of research on MIS evaluation, author analyze the current researches having such problems: most researches are not basic on practices but far away practices. Or those researches are out of the fact, there is a lack of aiming research on practice. Most important is that current researches are lack of research on EAM which is the cut-in .As the basic of research on MIS evaluation combining with the fact of A enterprise's programme,author put forward the EAM evaluation system of A enterprise, using PHA method to evaluate the EAM project benefit, and find the problem of A enterprise's EAM project ,then put forward the correspond advices which have important meanings .
