Salary system is an important part of enterprise human resource management, and thekey of attracting all kinds of talented person. With the economic globalization, and facing thecompetition with petroleum enterprises overseas, how to create a modern salary system hasto be solved urgently. Searching on the salary system of petroleum enterprises will help usfind out problems, furthermore, will create a modern salary system, which give the petroleumenterprises a long-term and steadily development supports.Researching on salary system ofpetroleum enterprise will tackle human resource deployment and the distribution of the profits,improve salary system and other systems,and promote the comprehensive competitiveness ofenterprise.This article taking G petroleum enterprise as a research subject. Firstly, it describesdomestic and foreign salary system theories nowadays, which laying theoretical basis forfollowing salary system reform. Secondly, by searching salary system of G petroleumenterprise,this article also points out several current problems, such as the imperfection andopaque of salary system. What’s more, it puts forward a general thought,the principle, andfeasible countermeasures of the salary system reform. Finally, this article provides someinsurance measures against possible risk while executing the new policy.
