The achievements appraisal system is the guideline of enterprise's development and the behavior tool of enterprise's staff. Facing the steep profession during international, domestic same profession, it is a effective tool which establishes the reliable achievements evaluation system to be possible to guide the enterprise development in the fast change environment, drive the staff morale.Based on the developing the good and discarding the bad to the traditional achievements evaluating indicator, this article has utilized basic philosophy of balanced scorecard(BSC) to conduct the achievements appraisal system on subsidiary company's of Jinghai highway engineering company, and during emphasis financial norm's, emphasized functions such as market, internal management and enterprise growth in the enterprise development process.Based on the balanced the achievements appraisal system's characteristic, the structure, the establishment condition and the environment of scorecard's, the paper has proposed subsidiary company's achievements evaluating indicator system of the Jinghai highway engineering company, and has discussed the achievements assessment method, and has carried on the empirical analysis taking the Jinghai highway engineering company subsidiary company as the object.The paper has the important reference value to the achievements appraisal's scientific style of Jinghai highway engineering company, also has the reference value to other enterprise's achievements inspection.
