2006 is an important year in the history of the development of China's securities and the continuing rise in the index to directly boost the confidence of investors. More and more investors to participate in the capital market through various channels to prosperity. Online securities trading will become an important way of buying or sailing stocks. With the development of Internet technology and the rapid development of online securities trading has become a hot Securities Broker Business Development. China has become the most prospects for the area of electronic commerce. 2006, the Corporation commissioned online transaction volume, commissioned by the online customer accounts has grown rapidly.Faced with an increasingly mature market and consumers, the Corporation began a rational vision to realize the importance of marketing. Then from the traditional marketing model to a new marketing mode, the application of new marketing theory and the actual situation, formulation and implementation of science and marketing strategies to compete with other securities companies and enterprises to maximize profits.With WTO accession, foreign financial institutions will become more involved in China's economic construction, and financial development, banks will bring modern management systems and new businesses which may have competition with the businesses of securities. Integrated Marketing Communications is the area of advanced management thinking it provided a new perspective that can help us to find a scientific and effective management practices. With the continuing prosperity of a market economy, integrated marketing and new marketing concept in theoretical circles attach importance to the growing business. Its content has been greatly enriched and developed.This paper from the perspective of integrated marketing, integrated marketing concept and analysis of integrated marketing theory, Integrated Marketing applied to the securities industry, and analysis of the current securities companies and the problems that exist in marketing, identify the need for securities companies to use integrated marketing and reality, Securities firms will be able to truly meet consumer demand as a guide for marketing and economic benefits, establish a brand and a good image in society and ultimately promote the development of the securities industry.
