| After joining the WTO, domestic enterprises which face the situation of lacking international competitiveness will be on the same platform with exterior enterprises. For seeking survival and development in the worldwide economic integrate, domestic enterprises have to carry through technology innovation and build up core competition.As a kind of knowledge-intensive enterprise, technology innovation which is differing to traditional enterprise plays an important role in building core competence in IT enterprise. Based on the research of technology innovation and core competitiveness in IT enterprise, the paper provides theoretical guidance by improving its core competitiveness for its practice of technology innovation and building core competitiveness.The paper starts with basic theories of core competence and technology innovation, discusses the definition of core competence and expatiates on the objectives and methods of technology innovation. Whereafter the paper illustrates the characteristics of technology innovation in IT enterprise with cover technology innovation theory and product life circle theory based on the symbiosis model of enterprise's core competitiveness and technological innovation and characteristics of IT enterprises. The paper reflected IT enterprise's technology innovation and core competitiveness by digital forms throughout designing the integrated index system and core competitiveness fuzzy evaluation model of IT enterprise. In the end, the paper states the feasibility and desirable part of the theory based on the case of Founder S&T Ltd. building up core competitiveness by the ways of demonstration analysis. |
