| China is to establish and improve the socialist market economy system, to ensure a healthy,orderly and efficient development of market economy, it will be necessary to establish a free and fair market competition order. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of the policies, laws and regulations relate to market competition, especially the anti-trust law system, become the foundation and starting point of setting up an effective competition regime, protecting and promoting the free and fair competition.Nowadays, we have not systematic, special competition policy and relating provides in China, the applicable relevant laws and economic policies have made a series of norms to monopolies and restrictions on competition, they are scattered in different laws and regulations.In this paper, the methods of comparative analysis, historical analysis, case analysis, causal analysis and logic analysis are used. On the basis of analyzing China's circulation competitive policy the status quo, the relevant proposals of China's circulation competitive policy will attempt to be raised.Besides the introduction and conclusion, this paper has four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the relevant concepts of competition policy and major contents of competitive policy, it concerns with the nature Introduction; Chapter 2 is the introduction of main competitive theories, cited the formation and development of competitive theory from the classic to the modern, the circulation competitive policy of the United States, Japan, EU is referred to as well, and our country can get some reference; Chapter 3 is expounded the current situation and problems of the competition policy in China's circulation in nowadays; Chapter 4 is the proposition of how to build competition policies in our circulation, it devoted to the analysis of thechoice of objective mode of circulation competition policy in China and how to improve our country's circulation competition policy, then this is the purpose of this research located in. |
