The Research On Our Country's Insurance Innovation And Enhancement Of Insurance Industry Core Competitiveness

Insurance innovation points a series of new thing in the insurance system and insurance market, including insurance theory innovation, insurance system innovation and insurance technology innovation. The narrow concept insurance innovation means the insurance technology innovation, including insurance product innovation, the mode of market innovation, insurance service innovation and so on. It is an important factor for promoting core competitiveness of insurance.In this thesis, the author tries to research the core competitiveness of insurance in our country basing on the background of attention on the practice condition of insurance core competitiveness and foreign insurance companies'squeezing to expand business in all aspects. With the development of the market economics in our country, insurance in our country has acquired excellent achievement which is well known to the world, but there are many problems also. There is a great gap between the core competitiveness of our insurance companies and the famous insurance companies in the world.Basing on the theory of the innovation and core competitiveness, the author systematically researches the problems on the core competitiveness in our country, especially I have analyzed how to settle the problems of insurance core competitiveness through innovation, which follows to the logic of introducing the interior and foreign condition-comparing analysis-giving subjections. So this paper should be divided four chapters:The first chapter: the author gives the article objective and meaning,introducing the frame of the article and the innovation of it.The second chapter: it discusses the innovation theory and combines with practice analyzing international insurance innovation; then it introduces the core competitiveness theory and demonstrates the active effects of promoting core competitiveness by innovation of international insurance company.The third chapter: it analyzes the current condition of insurance industry innovation and core competitiveness. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese insurance industry and describes the efforts of Chinese insurance company making on the insurance innovation last few years.The forth chapter: it uses the successful innovation experience of western countries on insurance industry for references. Then it proposes treasures for promoting the core competitiveness of Chinese insurance industry comparing the characteristics of it. At last, the author points out the new development direction of insurance industry in China.
