"Three rural issues" has been a topic of concern of experts and scholars and the government, and how to make Anhui tea enterprises bigger and stronger, is an area in which needs to study. The people's Government of Anhui province opinions on strengthening tea brand building to enlarge and strengthen the tea industry further (WAN Zheng (2012) No.23) pointed out that:to develop and cultivate an annual income of more than one billion, three more than 500 million and 10 more than one hundred million of the leading tea enterprises, and strive to help 2 leading tea enterprises listed is the goal of Anhui province in the next five years.To cultivate the leading tea enterprises, not only to expand the scale of production and processing of tea enterprises, the more important is to enhance the core competitiveness of the leading tea enterprises. And that to enhance the comprehensive strength for tea leading enterprises, will play a positive role in the expansion of the enterprises' market and the economy of Anhui province.Disruptive innovation was first proposed in 1997 by the harvard business school professor Christensen, is one of which has been widely applied in innovation theory, and has abundant empirical research. In this paper, take disruptive innovation as the theoretical support and the tea enterprises as the research's object. From the current situation of tea industry in Anhui province and the analysis of existing problems of the leading tea enterprises, combination with the formation process of tea enterprises core competitiveness, a detailed analysis of six elements of Anhui province tea bibcock enterprise:technology research and development, integration of resources, production and processing, organization pattern, management ability and marketing. Not only put out the core competitiveness model, and directly reflected the part of core competitiveness; but also established the evaluation index system to provide a reference for the leading tea enterprises in Anhui Province and to guide the development of enterprises to be better.The empirical analysis of this dissertation, uses the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), questionnaire design and data collection. With the aid of Expert Choice2000 for data processing, it is concluded that the weight and competitiveness index of each index.The results show that, the core competitiveness index of tea enterprises in Anhui is 74.92, at a general level. From the score results, based on the destructive innovation to build the core competitiveness of leading enterprises in Anhui province tea should also be further strengthened.From the calculated results, each factor of leading tea enterprises in Anhui province sort to the importance of the core competence is:marketing elements (35.4%)> resource integration elements (20.2%)> technology development (18.5%)> management (16.6%)> production and processing factors (5.4%)> organization model elements (3.9%).From the numerical point of view, marketing elements is the most important factor to core competitiveness of the tea leading enterprises and the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness; integration of resources elements and technical development factors have a certain influence on the ascension for core competitiveness of the leading tea enterprises in a certain extent, can not be ignored; In contrast, the important degree of organization mode elements and production factors is relatively small.The competitiveness index of Anhui tea leading enterprises is 74.92, the competitiveness index of market marketing elements and integration of resources elements were 28.02,16.025, with a strong competitiveness. The competitiveness index of management and technology development factors were 12.636,11.563, with general competitive power. The competitiveness index of organization model elements and production and processing of were 2.555,4.1203, as the lowest factor in all elements, have a large promotion room, should be used as the key object.Finally, combined with the current situation of tea leading enterprises in Anhui province, puts forward some feasible countermeasures, namely:to improve the technological innovation system and promote the innovation of organization mode; to found enterprise external resources and identify the transformation of competitive advantage; to cultivate the new enterprise culture and establish the management mechanism innovation.
