With the constant improvement of the opening degree of the market since China accessed to the WTO the whole market-based process of economy of China is being accelerated constantly. The market-based operating mechanism of economic development is incorporated into the unified track of the international market progressively too. While the market is integrated, the operation main body of each trade market is obtaining new market opportunity, at the same time face competition brought by the market integrated too. As a important part of manufactory the exploring machinery plant meet the same predicament, such as the quantity of competitor expand rapidly, the player in the market competition become more and more the pluralistic, the whole complicated degree of market is aggravated further.When the situation is so severely, how will they face the challenge? I think that it is exactly the customer relationship management idea will really helpful for the exploring plant, that is, combining the idea of "based on customer" into the daily business of enterprises, thus improve the management of enterprises in a lot of respects, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. What this article would discuses is exactly this kind of management idea and how to use and implementation in the exploring machinery plant. The structure of the article is arranged as follows:Chapter one introduces the background of the article and main framework, pointed that CRM system will ensure the exploring machinery plant's present and future development.Chapter two is about customer relationship management, including the origin, definition and function of customer relationship management.Chapter three discusses about the subjects that customer relationship management in the exploring machinery plant; current situation maintains enterprise and the meanings of implementation customer relationship management.Chapter four told us the theory about collaboration and explained why we pure the collaboration into CRM of exploring plant should.Chapter five give an example of Beijing exploring machinery plant, pointed its problems in present market work; give a ideal system to improve its CRM; carried on the further discussion and study to relevant procedure about CRM, such as customer analyze, customer's information interchange, how to keep the customer, customer file administration customer feedback management, customer service and training and customer cooperation, etc. and has carried on the further analysis to how to set up a management system and intelligent CRM system.Chapter six concludes the whole discussion.
