In addition to the automotive industry, product machinery manufacturing factory isinvolved in a variety of parts; these parts by numerous level (level two) suppliers provideassembly. How to ensure the quality of every components have reached machinerymanufacturing plant requirements, how to prevent safety problems in the assembly process,which puts forward higher requirements to machinery manufacturing plant.At the same time, more and more high expectations of customers, competitorscontinue to catch up with the performance, the upgrading of products more quickly, whichrequires the supplier to provide shorter development cycles, more robust and reliableproducts. So, how to protect from the production began as a competitive manufacturingprocess, a machinery factory is a major challenge.In this paper, through literature review and case analysis, firstly reviews some theoriesrelated to project management and advanced product quality planning, including theadvanced product quality planning, methodology, failure mode and effective analysis(FMEA), the production part approval process (PPAP), design of experiments (DOE); andthen put forward the advance product quality planning machinery manufacturing projectmanagement model based on; then of a company’s manufacturing process and productionprocess are briefly described; finally, the empirical APQP mechanical manufacturingproject management model is based on demonstration, proved the feasibility of the model.Based on BC machinery manufacturing factory new product development process as the research object, using the APQP management theory and tools to research and analyze enterprise’s new product development management, introduce and summarize by combiningthe practice of the factory; With combination of APQP quality planning tool, FMEA potential failure modes on product design and development stage of control; Use of MSA measurement system analysis the production of sample measurement system for data analysis, reducing quality deviation; Combined with the PPAP production parts approval process, co ntrol plan and management control method, make the production process more smoothly, conform to the requirements of customers.Based on the APQP process in BC company, optimize the development process of new products, so as to improve the quality of the product design and post production efficiency, provides strong evidence for management theory research; Practice project combines the theory of APQP, make its in the process of using better quality, time and cost control, soas to improve the ability of the company’s new project development and management level,improve the core competitiveness, better meet the needs of the customer.
