Researches On The Mode And Countermeasures Of Advanced High Technologies Diffusing Into The Traditional Industries

Traditional industries are the main forces to sustain China's economic development. Currently and in a long period of time in the future, traditional industries are and will be the sources of our country's economic rapid growth. With the arrival of the age of knowledge economy and the integration of China's economy with the world economy, the traditional industries are faced with great challenges. Thus, accelerating the expansion of advanced high technologies into the traditional industries, thereby altering and enhancing the traditional industries are the important base for our country's economic take-off. In recent years, traditional industries are altered through advanced high technologies and some results and experience are acquired from it in many cities of our country. However, the theory and methodology of advanced high technologies diffusing into the traditional industries are not mature yet. There are still many contents for further studying and researching. So this thesis has great theoretical and practical meanings for the mode of advanced high technologies diffusing into the traditional industries and the studies of countermeasures.Mode of advanced high technologies diffusing into the traditional industries means the concrete way or route of the high technologies'achievements to be generalized, applied or diffused into the advanced forms.The thesis puts forward that the modes of advanced high technologies diffusing into traditional industries are divided into two types: amalgamation type and transferring type. Amalgamation type includes equipment (technique) amalgamation type, product altering amalgamation type, software and hardware amalgamation and mixing amalgamation type; transferring type includes part transferring type and total transferring type. Industries and enterprises in different development stages will have different choices on the diffusing modes. On the basis of this, this thesis also raises the promoting countermeasures for advanced high technologies diffusing into traditional industries. In order to verify the mode choosing theory for advanced high technologies diffusing into the traditional industries, the basic condition of the traditional industries'development in Chongqin is analyzed in this thesis. Through the Principal Component Analysis in Multivariate Statistics Analysis, evaluation mode of an industry comprehensive strength was designed. 28 industries inside Chongqin's manufacturing are evaluated on comprehensive strengthens. On the same time combining with each industry's place between all the manufacturing in terms of gross production and the programming of manufacturing by Chongqing, they are grouped into 4 types: high technology industry, growing industry, stagnation industry and declining industry. These 4 types of different industries are recommended on different diffusing modes. Finally promoting countermeasures of diffusing advanced high technologies into Chongqin's manufacturing are raised.
