Relationship On High-tech Industries And Traditional Industries In China

In this paper, I benefit the industrial economics theory of western economic, the innovation theory and the economics for development from reasonable essence and the scientific method. Besides, paying attention to theoretical, scientificalness, guidance and innovative, and make them syncretics, using the qualitative analysis and the quantitative investigation unify, giving priority to qualitative analysis primarily, I has studied following content with emphasis. Firstly, I have studied the high-tech industry and the traditional industry's division, characteristic and function separately. Then, I proposed the high-tech industry and the traditional industry's interaction relations concept, and further on the interaction model aspects and so on assessment method, to analyze alternating characteristic and interaction pattern concretely, arrived at that the high-tech industry's development take the traditional industry as the foundation, and the traditional industry development take the high tech-industry as the premise, the high-tech industry and traditional industry coordinated development promotes the national economy development together. And then, I proposed the three basic principles of our country processes the high tech-industry and the traditional industry development relationship, and makes the concrete analysis. Finally, I proposed the suggestion of promoting two kinds of industry coordinated development policy in our country.
