The Research On The Construction Of Our Export-oriented Enterprise Architecture

As a part of national informatization, Enterprise informatization is an important channel to improve the enterprise modernizes management level and strengthen the competition force. However, during the enterprise informatization construction, information technology and information system are highly focused on, while framework was ignored, which cause the wasting of resources and "information solitary island". One of the key issues is the lack of one effective enterprise informatization framework and architecture— Enterprise Information Architecture (EIA). Export-oriented enterprise in China carried out the informatization early and they can represent the state of China enterprise informatization. At the same time, the export-oriented feature makes the informatization level decided enterprise's international competitive force. Therefore, the research on the EIA of Export-oriented enterprise has operation significance.In chapter one, it gives an introduction to theory and background of research, and then analyses the purpose and main research methods of this paper.In chapter two, it discusses the definition, principal and feature and evaluation indicates for EIA, based on the summarization of previous research. EIA is a kind of Multi- dimensions, layers, integrated and open architecture, founded on the information and data in the enterprise, under the guide of enterprise's strategic target, which considers the enterprise-wide strategies, business, organization, management and technology.In chapter three, it introduces the characteristic of export-oriented enterprise after researching the export-oriented enterprise in Guangdong and Jiangsu-Zhejiang area. Then it lists the states of their informatization process: These enterprises already have possessed certain information infrastructure, however, they are still in low level and the effect is not so satisfactory.In chapter four, it mainly explores the new EIA structure model compared with existing model and clarifies the main components: strategic system, information resources system, business system, application information system and infrastructure system. The paper gives a detail demonstration and analysis of each part. Meanwhile, the principles and key methods to implement the EIA in enterprise are also pointed out at the end of this chapter. In chapter five, it develops the EIA structure in export-oriented enterprise in details. First of all, set up enterprise strategic system, including business strategic system and information strategic system. Next, confirm the business model after analyzing the existing business process and information flow. Then standardize the information infrastructure system and carry out the information system investment program and management. At last, it points out the mainly problems during export-oriented enterprise web site building. In order to solve these problems, this paper also suggests some relevant strategies.In chapter six, it makes a sum-up and directs the future research.
