Research On The Evaluation Of Project-oriented Construction Enterprise Management Informatization Level

In order to deal with complicated and competitive market environment, construction enterprises begin to use information technology to continuously improve enterprise management level, improve the working efficiency of the enterprise. The information technology includes enterprise management software represented by OA, ERP, and application technology software represented by CAD, BIM. Enterprise management informatization is not, however, only the application and promotion of the hardware and software technology, but also includes the change of management concept and management system, etc. Due to poor information software technology application level layer is not neat, and some don’t adapt to the development of the enterprise management concept, the current management of construction enterprise informatization appear a series of "do not please contribute" problem, finally lead to lost confidence on construction of information at all levels in the enterprise. In order to make better use of information technology to enhance core competitiveness of construction enterprise, it is necessary for the construction enterprises to carry out management informatization level research. For most construction enterprises, the project plays a key role in the development of enterprises. By studying the construction enterprise management informatization level and project-oriented role, we can make the construction enterprises find the problems existing in the informatization construction, and then according to the problems put forward corresponding measures, so as to improve the scientific management level of the enterprise.This research is based on the research of the theory of project oriented construction enterprises and the theory of construction enterprise management, Combined with the check data and questionnaire investigation, through comprehensive analysis, comparative study, research on construction enterprise management informatization level evaluation was carried out, The main research results and contents are as follows:(1) Describes the research background and the significance of the research on construction management informatization, and reviews the related theory of project oriented informatization of construction enterprises management, informatization level evaluation method theory and informatization level evaluation index system construction theory.(2) Introduces the method of BP neural network algorithm and other 4 kinds of commonly used evaluation level of enterprise informatization, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods. In order to calculate the index weight, studied the entropy method calculation method of 4 kinds of index(3) Put forward the evaluation index system of construction enterprises management informationization level to build four principles, the four criteria such as constructed by the business information level layer index, index of 15 factors laye r multi-level evaluation index system, and points out the principles of various evaluation indicators.(4) Use the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to carry out the evaluation of enterprise informatization level. The method to fuzzy compreh ensive evaluation method is based, in determining the index weight using 0.1-0.9 scaling method and hierarchical analysis method, also introduce judgment matrix ranking vector of minimum deviation method, finally reduce the subjective error existing in the process of evaluation.(5) The construction of Gansu construction investment management information was analyzed as a case. Improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was carried out to evaluate the level of information management, according to the evaluation results, analyzed the existing problems, put forward the relevant measures and suggestions to implement steps to provide reference and help for colleagues to carry out similar work.
