The Study On Sustainable Development Of Chinese Chemical District

The chemical district is the region where chemical industry is dominant to the regional economy, developing rapidly with Chinese chemical industry. In the developing process of chemical district ,a series of problems appear because of the rigidity of the economic structure and the incisive contradiction among the economical and social development,the resources and the ecological environment, which have hindered the development of the chemical district. Therefore, how to solve these problems and realize the sustainable development of chemical district are focused.According to fundamental studies about sustainable development of Chinese chemical district, the paper studies the situation and problems of sustainable development in Zhenhai district of Ningbo, by collecting the materials through the method of document and investigation, the method combined by qualitative and quantitative measures. The paper also proposes some countermeasures in perspective of the recycling economy.The paper consists of six chapters:Chapter 1 is the prelude, which tells the meaning and the background of this study, simply introduces the sustainable development theory and pointes out the research method and the technical route.Chapter 2 studies Chinese chemical districts by defining it, discussing its connotation, studying its types and the distribution, summing up existing problems about the sustainable development of Chinese chemical district.Chapters 3,4,5 analyze Chinese important chemical district— Zhenhai district of Ningbo on the basis of the first two chapters.Chapter 3 studies the relationships between social economical development and chemical industry in Zhenhai district. Firstly, the chapter simply introduces the situation of the district, then the chapter studies the relations throng chemical industry is the pillar industry, chemical industry has gathered, chemical industry is fit for the goal of Zhenhai.Chapter 4 appraises the situation of sustainable development of Zhenhai through establishing the index system and the appraisal method, and also analyzes the problems existing in the sustainable development of Zhenhai.Chapter 5 discusses the way and the countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of Zhenhai in perspective of the recycling economy.Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper, summing up main contents and viewpoints and proposing further studies.
