With environmental pollution and over exploitation of resources becoming increasingly serious,the great impact of climate warming on the ecological system and the natural environment,human health has been seriously threatened.Under the background of the development of this,scientists and scholars are actively exploring a new,healthy,sustainable development model and approach,which is aimed to solve the problem such as shortage of resources,environment destruction,promoting a healthy and orderly economic developed..Henan provincial government also actively respond to national policies,exploring new ways and the new mode,relying on the resources and location advantages,to push forward the green development.For this reason,the government construct five industrial chain,and establish a number of Circular Industrial Demonstration Park in Zhengzhou,Jiaozuo and other places.In the "13th Five-Year" period,the Henan provincial government will continue to implement the industrial economy development model,which is aimed to achieve full coverage of resource recycling system in Henan province to 2020.Local government to respond positively to put forward conceive of "the development of Industrial Integration Innovation Zone,ecological livable concept of tourism city",combining the ecological protection and development to create a beautiful environment of the living conditions,strengthen the prevention and control of environmental pollution,developing an environmental friendly industrial environment,strengthen the system construction,developing ecological tourism economy,promoting the conservation of energy resources and recycling economy mode,effectively improve the ecological environment to achieve economic Huiji District,ecological sustainable development.In this paper,Zhengzhou City,Huiji district is regarded as the research object,through the objective analysis of the current development of industrial economy,using multiple regression method to analyze the level of development of industrial economy in the present stage,in-depth analysis of the development problems,and combined with the actual development of Huiji District put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,to provide a reference for the relevant departments to formulate the development of Huiji district the policy of industrial economy.
