The Study Of Urban Planning Power Networks Basing On Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation

In the process of the urban power network planning, the planning personnel often have to face the problems that choose a scheme from a set that meet the technological requirements. Because the uncertain factor in the power network planning is affecting the urban planning power network structure, and can be a threat to the safe and stable power network operation. Therefore, study the urban planning power network opening-ring scheme is the most important matter currently to the planning personnel. At present, there is no a comprehensive and widely-application study technique used in the opening-ring scheme of the urban planning power network.In order to determine the best opening-ring scheme of the urban planning power network in the power engineering, this paper has adopt the fuzzy theory and AHP to determine the optimum plan of the urban power network. Taken the Baotou city for an example, the process of plan study has been proved. The result shows that the method is feasible and effective.
