The Studying On The Competition Strategy And The Operation Management Of HK Corporation

The paper applies the enterprise management theory to study the competition strategy and the operation management of Irradiation Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam(IXPE)for HK Corporation. Based on Michael E.Porter's industrial structure analysis method, the paper analyses our country's industry environment of IXPE firstly, and draw a conclusion that the industry of IXPE is facing a good development opportunity. Secondly, the paper studies the resources and abilities of HK corporation to develop IXPE product, and analyzes the superiorities and the inferiorities of the internal strategic factors, meanwhile the paper uses the competitive advantage theory and choose the goal centralism stratagem as the basic competitive stratagem, then come to a corresponding competitive actions. Finally, this article studies how to acquaint the competitive opportunities by continuing improvement of the operation management for HK corporation.
