MG(Management Game)is an unique enterprise management course held by Carnegie Mellon University,it was supported by computer and internet technology,this course establishes a virtual environment which simulates the company operations.So far,including US,Canada,Russia,Ukraine,Chile,Argentina,Japan and China,etc,many universities have involved in this MG course,including Northeast University.Each MG team formed by universities,with the clear assignments of responsibilities,like marketing management,manufacturing management and financial management,simulates the management of a specific international corporation.The products of each company are watches.The product-line includes low-grade brand and high-grade brand.Every five companies form a competitive environment and each individual company simulates the operating management and market competition of three years.Based upon the simulation operation of AIO Co.,Ltd.,this thesis introduces the basic theory of operation strategic management,including the concept,character,category and process,and analyses the process of glory watch in MG environment.The implementation and control process of the operation strategy are analyzed through the simulative running data of three years,and the implementation effect was evaluated.The thesis is divided into six chapters;the first chapter is the introduction of topic background,research content and significance of topic,the structure of the study,the research methods.Production introduction to the theory of strategic management in the second chapter,based on the concept of operation strategy,strategy of intension,the type of strategy and the process of production,thus the theoretical basis for specific operation strategy planning and implementation.The third chapter mainly does the AIO glory watch of wrist of 2014-2016 production operation environment analysis,including macro environment,industry environnment and internal environment analysis.Then make AIO Co.,Ltd.glory series wrist watch the SWOT matrix.The fourth chapter explained the AIO glory wrist watch of production operation strategic goals and strategic choice from 2014 to 2016,AIO glory finally choose the differentiation strategy in the year of 2014-2016 after made corporation strategy goals and strategic choice.The fifth chapter explained the AIO glory watch of wrist of 2014-2016 production operation strategy implementations,the specific production of the three years,the operation strategic planning,implementation measures,the existing problems and improvement measures in the process of implementation.Finally the sixth chapter makes a rough review of the past and introduced MG project experience and feelings.
