The Study Of Hi-tech Enterprise's Human Capital Based On Enterprise Innovation

With the development of the theory of human capital, the economist have made a lot of achievement in many arrears, however they have not focus on the relationship between human capital and Hi-tech Enterprise. That is the topic of my article.With the development of our country's economy, high-tech enterprises have gradually become the principal components and new growth point in social economy while the human capital occupies a key strategic status in high-tech enterprises. My article analyzes the human capital's effect on the innovation of high-tech enterprises firstly. Meanwhile I try to explain the approach by which the human capital achieves their value. In the end, I make a demonstration on creative human capital which plays an important role in high-tech enterprises, and then I made some advice about high-tech enterprises' human capital management.
