| With the rapid development of global market economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Under the background of knowledge economy,high-tech enterprises play an increasingly important role in the process of social and economic development. In high-tech enterprises, abundant human capital provides a strong impetus for the innovation and development of enterprises, especially for employees with high skills and knowledge. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the role of human capital. At the same time, effective management of human capital is also one of the important concerns in the business process. In high-tech enterprises, innovation is the key to their core competitiveness, and human capital is the source of enterprise innovation. All innovation activities of enterprises are inseparable from the input of human capital. However, the impact of the distribution of human capital in high-tech enterprises on innovation and how to effectively promote enterprises through scientific adjustment of the distribution of human capital elements in Enterprises Innovation is a difficult problem in human capital management.Based on the above problems, this paper firstly sorted out the relevant literature at home and abroad, and put forward the theoretical hypothesis of this paper: the proportion of technical employees in high-tech enterprises has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation; The education level of employees in high-tech enterprises has a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation. The age of employees in high-tech enterprises has a significant negative influence on enterprise innovation.Secondly, descriptive statistics are made on the human capital and innovation capacity of high-tech enterprises with different registration types, different enterprise sizes, different industries and different years of enterprise.Thirdly,a multiple linear regression model is constructed, and three hypotheses about the relationship between human capital and enterprise innovation in high-tech enterprises are empirically analyzed by using the micro-enterprise data of "comprehensive survey of Chinese enterprises".The empirical results show that the proportion of technical employees in high-tech enterprises has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation, the proportion of employees above college level has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation, and the proportion of employees above 45 years old has a significant negative impact on enterprise innovation. Finally,in order to ensure the reliability of the empirical conclusion, the explained variable is replaced by the total factor productivity of high-tech enterprises in 2017 as a proxy indicator of the innovation ability of enterprises, and the empirical results are tested for robustness.Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward some Suggestions: first, increase the input of technical talents reasonably;Second, the staff training and on-the-job education;Third, optimize the age structure of employees. |
