Under the background of implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development,the independent innovation ability of domestic enterprises has been increasing in recent years.Chinese enterprises have gradually become the owners of the core technology of patents,which greatly improves the market competitiveness of the international market.Many enterprises with international vision have paid great attention to independent innovation and technology development,and have invested a lot of manpower and material resources,especially in high-tech enterprises.In order to promote the improvement of enterprise independent innovation ability,countries have formulated and issued the relevant supporting policies and fiscal support especially,provides a powerful platform for enterprise independent innovation activities,but the independent innovation ability raise,ultimately depend on enterprise's human capital,so heavily in market competition enterprises poaching has become a trend.Human capital is the key factor for the improvement of enterprise's independent innovation ability,especially the high-level elite talent is the key capital of the enterprise to form the core competitiveness.Independent innovation is also an inexhaustible driving force for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises,which is the key factor to form the core competitiveness of enterprises.There are many factors influencing the independent innovation performance of enterprises.Considering that human capital is the core factor of independent innovation,this paper studies the impact of human capital on independent innovation from human capital.Based on the perspective of high-tech enterprises,this paper studies the impact of human capital on independent innovation performance.This paper firstly combed the literature related to high technology enterprise human capital theory,the theoretical results of human capital are summarized on the basis of the impact mechanism of high-tech enterprise independent innovation,the enterprise human capital into human capital,human capital structure,human capital flow three dimensions.On this basis,according to the human capital of the three dimensions of seven indicators to explore the relationship with the enterprise independent innovation performance,respectively is:the enterprise staff level of education and human capital of enterprise r&d spending two indicators;The proportion of technical personnel and the proportion of senior executives in the dimension of human capital structure;Human capital flow dimension of executive compensation,executive office,executives at age three indexes,namely patent filings with independent innovation performance to measure the impact of human capital,and related results are obtained:the degree or above in the proportions of the employees,senior executives,executive compensation,executive office,research and development and enterprise independent innovation performance was positively related to relationship,executives age is a negative correlation relationship.Finally,on the basis of relevant theoretical results,some feasible Suggestions are provided for the human resource development of enterprises.This paper attempts to study the influence of human capital to the enterprise independent innovation performance of high-tech enterprise improving self-directed innovation capability to provide a theoretical reference and new ideas,so as to improve the independent innovation ability of high technology enterprise,forms the enterprise core competitiveness,to reach the company long-term development.
